Our business model is unique as it is based on locating small teams close to the residences of employees. This gives us cost advantages which we will be passing on to our clients. Each location will consist of a team between 25 to 50 employees with backup power and other information security features mentioned above. Each location will consist of a qualified Head of Operations.
If the client requires they could use one or more such locations exclusively with a dedicated team working for the client. Further, it could be run as a separate legal entity for the client where the client is a co-owner of the entity.
For all the above the Business Options the operations are scalable. Currently we could recruit, train and operate up to 10 new recruits at Staff Accountant/Associate level within a month and scale it up to 25 within 3 months.

Mr. Deepta Ekanayake was an Executive Director at DPMC Assetline Holdings and he also held Executive Directorships in all its subsidiary companies. Mr. Ekanayake served for a period spanning 20 years at the David Pieris Group of Companies, during which he carried out crucial business functions such as: overlooking finance & accounting, managing investments in debt, equity and real-estate, developing systems and processes for leasing & loans, negotiating & arranging banking and other financing facilities, insurance broking, corporate services & corporate governance, stock broking, margin lending and unit trust management.
Mr. Ekanayake commenced his career at Ernst & Young in the Management Consultancy section and was seconded to its Maldives practice at its inception. He was also employed at Janashakthi Insurance PLC as the General Manager Finance & Planning, before exiting to set up ADS Professionals.
Mr. Ekanayake holds a Master of Business Administration [MBA] from the Postgraduate Institute of Management affiliated to the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants [ACMA (UK)] and holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He is also a Registered Company Secretary.
Ms. Thushara Karunasena commenced her career at Ernst & Young in the Management Consultancy section and later joined D. Samson & Sons (DSI Group) as its Accountant. She was a key member of the team that implemented the IFS ERP system in the Company. She has carried out many project feasibilities. Moreover, she was involved in accounting work outsourcing from Australia.
She was employed as the Accountant at Wellassa Rubber Company. Over the past twelve years she has been a Trustee of the EASE Foundation, a NGO working towards the betterment of autistic children. She overlooks the finance and accounting functions of the foundation and is involved in obtaining donor funding for its projects.
Ms. Karunasena holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Colombo and was an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK).
Staff Accountant would be a person of the age bracket of 20 to 27, starting from a School Leaver to entry level qualification in accountancy such as AAT two levels, CIMA Foundation or first or second year at university following a degree in Management or BCom. Previous work experience is not required.
Associate would be a person of the age bracket of 22 to 45, with a minimum of one year’s executive level experience or three years work experience and possess qualification in accountancy such as AAT, Chartered Accountancy (CA Sri Lanka) Professional Level CIMA Managerial Level or a university degree in Management or BCom. University degree holders without experience will be recruited as Management trainees at the starting charge out rate.
Flexitime employment would be given at this level and it is expected that this level would hold a large number of the work force.
Manager level would be a person of the age bracket of 28 to 45, with a minimum of five year’s executive level experience and possess Membership of a recognised accountancy body such as CPA, CIMA, CA Sri Lanka, and ACCA or hold a degree from a recognised university in Finance or Accounting.
Flexitime employment would be given at this level and this level would be recruited especially for client requirement.
At the manager level, a specialist will be recruited to work for specific clients on research, analysis work, and company secretarial work. These persons will possess either the above mentioned qualifications for Managers or a degree in Economics, CFA Part or full qualifications, Licenced Company Secretary, Attorney at Law with relevant industry experience.
For all the above the options the operations is scalable at the rate of recruit, train and operate up to 10 new recruits at Staff Accountant/Associate level within one month and scale it up to 25 within 3 months.
